Easy and Quick Sesame Snow Peas

Hi, today I want to share a recipe that’s a real gem for those who love to eat healthy without sacrificing flavor: easy and quick sesame snow peas 🌱. It’s one of those dishes I make when I have little time but want to serve something tasty and light. Trust me, it’s so simple it will become one of your favorite side dishes!
The snow peas, nice and flat and green, are carefully cleaned by removing the ends and the side strings. Then they are boiled in salted water for a few minutes, just enough to soften them while keeping their crunchiness. Meanwhile, a knob of butter is melted in a non-stick skillet: this is where the snow peas get seasoned, becoming shiny and fragrant. The magic touch? Sesame! It’s toasted separately until it releases that irresistible aroma reminiscent of oriental cuisine and comfort. Once ready, it’s sprinkled over the plated snow peas… and voilà, it’s done!
This is the perfect recipe for cooking snow peas in a simple and quick way, ideal for those looking for a vegetarian, healthy, and surprisingly tasty side dish. If you’re looking for how to cook snow peas in a pan, or recipes with snow peas and sesame, you’re in the right place.
