- 4 potatoes

Steps
Boil the vegetables: peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Trim the green beans. Cook everything in salted boiling water until tender. Drain and let cool.
Mash the potatoes with a fork or potato masher and mix them with the green beans. Add the ricotta, a pinch of salt, a grated nutmeg, and diced smoked cheese. Mix well.
Grease a baking dish with oil and sprinkle the bottom with breadcrumbs.
