- 1/4 cup of white wine
- oil, butter, and salt to taste

Here’s the procedure:
Place the ham on top of the meat slices and the galbanino in the center
Roll up the meat
Close the ends with toothpicks so that the cheese does not come out.
Roll the rolls in flour and heat a splash of oil in a pan
Put the rolls to cook over high heat, browning them well.
Add salt, herbs, and a small piece of butter.
Once the butter has melted, add the wine and let it evaporate.
Finish cooking and serve hot.
