Clean the pumpkin, remove the skin, and cut it into small cubes.
In a large pan, heat some extra virgin olive oil with the garlic clove, chili pepper, and a few sage leaves. Once the oil is fragrant, add the pumpkin and cook over medium heat for about 10-12 minutes until it becomes tender and golden.
Meanwhile, wash the radicchio and cut it into thin strips. When the pumpkin is almost ready, add the radicchio to the pan and cook everything together for another 5 minutes, stirring well. The radicchio should wilt but still retain some crunch.
