- 3 zucchinis
- 14 oz cleaned cuttlefish
- 2 cloves of garlic
- parsley and chili pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup white wine
- olive oil and salt to taste

How to prepare pasta with zucchini and cuttlefish:
In a pan, sauté a garlic clove with parsley and chili pepper, add the sliced cuttlefish and sauté for a few minutes.
Add the white wine and continue cooking for about 10 minutes, until the wine has evaporated and the cuttlefish are tender.
In the meantime, in another pan, heat a drizzle of oil with a garlic clove and add the washed and cubed zucchini.
Sauté over high heat for a few minutes and add salt and fresh basil. Once cooked, take half out and blend with a ladle of pasta water.
In the pan with the remaining zucchini, add the cooked cuttlefish and mix the ingredients well. Adjust the salt.
Add the zucchini cream with cuttlefish and cooked zucchini to the pasta and sauté with a drizzle of oil in the pan.
