Potato Pie..simple and quick!

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs potatoes
  • 7 oz cooked ham
  • 5 oz fontina cheese
  • 5 oz galbanino cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • breadcrumbs as needed
  • salt

Steps

  • Peel the potatoes and cut them

  • Wash and boil them in salted water

  • Mash them in a potato masher

  • Beat the eggs and add them to the potatoes along with salt and cheeses.

  • Mix well.

  • Place the mixture in a buttered and breadcrumb-sprinkled baking dish.

  • Add the cooked ham and cover to make the second layer

  • Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and small butter bits

  • Bake in oven at 356°F for 30 minutes

  • Enjoy your meal!
