Steps
Making raw beet hummus is super easy!
Wash and peel the beets, removing the ends. Slice them raw and place them in a blender. Blend them.
Add the beans, tahini, oil, lemon juice, and salt to the blender.
Blend again until the mixture is well combined. Transfer the beet hummus to a bowl and garnish with oil and sesame seeds.
