- 1 grated lemon zest
- 2 1/4 cups ricotta
- 7 tbsps sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Steps
Start by combining flour, sugar, grated lemon zest, and eggs in a bowl
After quickly working it, add the butter and knead.
Form a ball and let it rest in the fridge covered with plastic wrap for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the ricotta cream:
