Roasted Potatoes

Potatoes: for me, the best thing ever! They can be prepared in a thousand ways… mashed, meatballs, gratin,

stewed, fried… but for me, the best will always be roasted! With that crispy crust on the outside but so soft inside. Here are mine😊

Ingredients

  • 2.2 lbs potatoes
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 5 leaves sage
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • to taste salt, oil, and pepper

Tools

  • 1 Oven Electrolux Oven

Steps

  • First, wash the whole potatoes well after peeling. Cut the potatoes into cubes on a cutting board.

    Transfer them to a container to wash them and remove all the starch under running water

  • Dry them well and season them in a baking tray with oil, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper.
    Bake at 392°F for about 40 minutes
