Steps
Let’s prepare the shortcrust pastry by combining flour, baking powder, sugar, lemon, and 2 eggs.
After mixing the ingredients, add the butter.
Quickly work the shortcrust until you form a homogeneous dough.
Flour a sheet of parchment paper and roll out the shortcrust pastry on top, trying to give it a rectangular shape
Spread the jam of your choice and roll it up using the parchment paper
Brush with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar sprinkles
In the oven at 356°F for 30 minutes
