Strawberry Tiramisu: Fresh and Creamy!

Ingredients

  • 9 oz mascarpone
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • as needed milk
  • as needed ladyfingers
  • 9 oz strawberries

  • 1 Electric whisk

Steps

  • Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat the whites with the electric whisk until stiff peaks form with 2 tablespoons of sugar

  • Beat the yolks with 1 tablespoon of sugar, and when the mixture is light, add the mascarpone and mix.

  • When the mixture is a thick cream, add the egg whites by folding them in from the bottom to the top to avoid deflating them.
    Line a springform pan with plastic wrap

  • Cut the strawberries and place them in a bowl with the last tablespoon of sugar, and mix.
    Soak the ladyfingers in milk and arrange them in the pan at the bottom and in a radial pattern

  • On the cookie base, spread the cream and strawberries and layer by also adding more cookies until the dessert is complete

  • Put in the fridge for 3/4 hours and… enjoy your meal! 😋
