Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups potato starch
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup milk
- 4 apples
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 7/10 cup sugar
- lemon zest
- sugar sprinkles to taste

Steps
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat them until stiff peaks form
Add the sugar to the yolks and beat
Pour the glass of milk and oil into the egg cream
Place the egg cream in a sufficiently large bowl and sift the flour and baking powder.
Add the potato starch as well.
Mix everything well and gently fold in the previously whipped egg whites from bottom to top.
Peel and dice the apples and pour half of them into the mixture.
Mix and place the mixture into a pre-buttered and floured cake pan.
Add the remaining apples and sugar sprinkles.
Bake in the oven at 350°F for about 45 minutes.
