Steps
In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated cheese, and parsley and mix.
Wash the zucchini and slice into rounds. Place them in the air fryer basket, add the seasoned breadcrumbs, a drizzle of oil, and cook for 15 minutes at 392°F.
Adjust salt and add mozzarella, and continue cooking for another 5 minutes at 392°F.
Serve hot or even cold.
