AIR FRYER GRATINATED VEGETABLES: Tasty and Light Side Dish

If there’s a way to make even the most skeptical people love vegetables… this is it! Air fryer gratinated vegetables are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and full of flavor. In this recipe, I combined Brussels sprouts, carrots, onions, and potatoes to create a colorful, healthy, and super easy side dish. Perfect for accompanying meat or fish main courses, but also as a light standalone dish!
