Stuffed peppers with meat and rice are a classic of home cooking, perfect to serve as a main dish or a complete second course. A colorful shell that holds a soft, juicy, and fragrant filling, to be prepared in advance and enjoyed even the next day. Ideal for a family lunch or a dinner with friends, they are versatile and always appreciated. I cooked them in the air fryer, but you can easily cook them in the oven or on the stove.
Stuffed peppers are one of those dishes that smell like home and tradition. Prepare them in abundance, because reheated the next day they are even better! And if you have leftover stuffing, use it to fill zucchini or tomatoes: no waste, just taste!
