Ingredients
- 2 potatoes
- 2 oz oz sliced cheese

Steps
Peel the potatoes and steam them with the Bimby. Cut them in half and scoop out the center with a spoon. Add a drizzle of oil and salt.
In a bowl, mix the potato pulp with the diced salami and cheese.
Refill the potato shells, spray a little oil and cook for 10 minutes at 383°F then another 5 minutes with the grill.
Transfer to a serving plate and serve.
