Today I made a super soft and moist apple cake. Very fragrant. Doesn’t apple cake remind you of grandma’s dessert? I love eating it while still warm, with lots of apples that melt in your mouth with every bite.
I used the stand mixer for convenience, but there’s no need to whip anything, so you can easily use a hand whisk.
Here are some other apple treats for you.
- Difficulty: Very easy

- 6 oz granulated sugar
- 5.3 oz butter
- 3/4 cups milk
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 packet vanillin
Tools

- Pan springform
Steps
Pour the eggs and sugar into the stand mixer’s bowl. Mix for a few minutes. No whipping needed.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend everything together.
Add 2 washed apples, peeled and chopped into chunks.
Mix well, transfer the mixture into a greased and floured 9-inch pan.
Add 1 chopped apple on top and bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes.
Delicious when warm. But it’s still great the next day.
Variations:
Add plant milk, lactose-free butter for a lighter version.
Add nuts to the mixture for a crunchy touch.
Use the base with other types of fruit.
