I love broccoli!!! How many times do you hear me start with this phrase hahaha, in fact, there’s no food I don’t like. I love all food and especially enjoy experimenting with new flavors. Today I made baked pasta with broccoli, and I must say everyone at home was pleased. I made an extra tray to take to the beach, I’m sure it will be a hit.

Ingredients
- 12 oz pasta (I used mezze maniche)
- 7 oz boiled broccoli
- 2 oz diced cooked ham
- 2 oz diced melting cheese
- 2 cups béchamel sauce
- 2 oz mozzarella

Steps
Boil the broccoli in plenty of salted water. 10 minutes will suffice. Alternatively, you can steam them. In the same water, cook the pasta for the time indicated on the package.
Pour the pasta into a large enough bowl, add the ham, cheese, and broccoli, and mix well.
Finally, add the béchamel sauce.
Mix well and pour everything into a buttered and breadcrumb-coated baking dish. Add some mozzarella on top and bake in the oven at 392°F for about 15 minutes.
