BAKED PASTA WITH PUMPKIN AND BACON IN AIR FRYER – creamy and tasty recipe perfect for autumn

Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz pasta (I use fusilli)
  • 8.8 oz pumpkin (I use delica)
  • 1/2 white onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 7 oz bacon
  • to taste oil and salt
  • to taste grated cheese
  • to taste mozzarella for pizza

Steps

  • Cook the pumpkin with the onion and garlic until it becomes a cream.

  • Separately, brown the bacon and set it aside.

  • Meanwhile, boil the pasta in plenty of salted water for the time indicated on the package.

  • Drain the pasta and pour it into a bowl with a drizzle of oil.

  • Add the bacon, pumpkin, grated cheese, and mozzarella. Mix well.

  • Transfer to the greased and breadcrumbed baking dish.

  • Add more mozzarella and grated cheese on top for a crust and cook for 10 minutes at 392°F in the air fryer.
