Breaded rabbit is a recipe I often make, but I hadn’t shared it with you yet. My husband pointed it out the other night when I was preparing it once again. Indeed, it never occurred to me. But if you’re interested, here it is. Super easy and quick recipe, as always. For cooking, I used the air fryer, but you can bake it or fry it. I’ll share other ways I cook rabbit.

Ingredients
- Half Rabbit in pieces
- 3 baby potatoes
- to taste breadcrumbs
- to taste Chopped garlic and parsley
- to taste Oil and salt

Steps
Place the rabbit pieces in the bowl, add the chopped garlic and parsley with oil, and mix. Let it rest for about 1 hour.
Add 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs and mix.
Place the rabbit pieces on the fryer basket, add the potatoes cut into wedges and also coated with breadcrumbs, and add a bit of oil. (I use the spray sprayer, which is very handy). Cook for about 20 minutes at 400°F.
