Today I share with you an easy recipe. Crackers with leftover Sourdough Starter, super easy and no rising needed. If you follow me on instagram you will have seen that I recently turned my stiff sourdough into liquid sourdough, also known as Licoli. So, since I had some starter left over, I took the opportunity to make these crackers. What can I say, they disappeared in 10 minutes. Delicious and super easy to make.

- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
Tools
- Stand Mixer
- Baking Tray

Steps
In the stand mixer bowl, add the sourdough starter, water, flour, salt, and olive oil.
Knead until a ball forms, which you will let rest for about 30 minutes covered with a cloth.
Then divide the dough into 2 parts and roll them out thinly with a rolling pin.
Place the dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, make holes with a fork, brush a little olive oil and sprinkle some salt.
With the help of a cutter, cut the dough into small squares to form the crackers and bake at 400°F for about 15 minutes.
