Creamy Pasta with Zucchini and Sausage

Today I made a really delicious pasta. Creamy pasta with zucchini and sausage. Delicious!!! To make it creamy, I used Béchamel, which I love. But you can easily substitute it with cream cheese or ricotta.

Try it because it’s really good. I adore creamy pasta.

Ingredients

  • 2 zucchini
  • 1/2 onion
  • 7 oz fresh sausage
  • 1 1/4 cups béchamel
  • to taste oil and salt
  • 12 oz pasta

Tools

  • Frying Pan
  • Pasta Pot
  • Ladle

Steps

  • In a skillet, sauté the sausage with the chopped onion for 10 minutes.

  • Add the chopped zucchini and continue cooking for another 10 minutes. Adjust salt and turn off the heat.

  • Add the béchamel and mix. Meanwhile, boil the pasta in plenty of salted water for the time indicated on the package.

  • Add the pasta to the prepared sauce.

  • Mix well and serve.
