Today I made a really delicious pasta. Creamy pasta with zucchini and sausage. Delicious!!! To make it creamy, I used Béchamel, which I love. But you can easily substitute it with cream cheese or ricotta.

Ingredients
- 2 zucchini
- 1/2 onion
- 7 oz fresh sausage
- 1 1/4 cups béchamel
- to taste oil and salt
- 12 oz pasta

Steps
In a skillet, sauté the sausage with the chopped onion for 10 minutes.
Add the chopped zucchini and continue cooking for another 10 minutes. Adjust salt and turn off the heat.
Add the béchamel and mix. Meanwhile, boil the pasta in plenty of salted water for the time indicated on the package.
Add the pasta to the prepared sauce.
Mix well and serve.
