Ingredients
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 3.5 oz dried fruit (red fruits, raisins, bananas)
- 9 oz nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds)
- 3.5 oz 70% dark chocolate
- 3.5 oz water
- 1.7 oz vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter

Steps
In a bowl, pour in the water, oil, and honey. Mix and caramelize for about 2 minutes in the microwave.
Separately, roughly chop the chocolate.
And the nuts.
Add the rolled oats to the bowl with the nuts and peanut butter and mix well.
Transfer to a baking tray lined with parchment paper and level it well with a spoon.
Bake for about 10/15 minutes at 392°F.
When the granola is cold, add the chocolate and store it in an airtight container.
