Today I prepared breaded cauliflower, cooked in an air fryer. Crispy outside and soft inside. I love cauliflower, and here on the blog, you’ll find many recipes with cauliflower. Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- as needed breadcrumbs
- as needed various herbs

Steps
Wash the cauliflower and cut it into slices.
Dip the cauliflower slices first in the beaten egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
Cook for about 10 minutes at 392°F, spraying a little oil on the surface.
