- q.b. toasted bread
- 3.5 oz fresh sausage
- 1.75 oz gorgonzola and mascarpone
- 3.5 oz pumpkin (cooked with oil and salt in an air fryer)
- 1.75 oz shredded mozzarella for pizza

Steps
In a bowl, place the sausage, gorgonzola, and pizza mozzarella and mix well.
Add the pumpkin previously cooked in an air fryer with oil and salt.
Toast the bread, also in the air fryer, and spread the sausage cream on top.
Place the crostini on the air fryer basket and gratinate for 3 minutes.
