CROSTINI WITH PUMPKIN, SAUSAGE, AND GORGONZOLA: delicious and quick autumn appetizer

Perfect as an appetizer for a dinner with friends, a rustic buffet, or even for a cozy homemade aperitif. The mix of the sweetness of the pumpkin, the savoriness of the sausage, and the strong flavor of the gorgonzola is applause-worthy. Making them is very easy, yet they always make a great impression!

Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz fresh sausage
  • 1.75 oz gorgonzola and mascarpone
  • 3.5 oz pumpkin (cooked with oil and salt in an air fryer)
  • 1.75 oz shredded mozzarella for pizza

Steps

  • In a bowl, place the sausage, gorgonzola, and shredded mozzarella for pizza, and mix well.

  • Add the pumpkin previously cooked in the air fryer with oil and salt.

  • Toast the bread, again in the fryer, and spread the sausage mixture on top.

  • Place the crostini in the air fryer basket and broil for 3 minutes.

  • Good both hot and cold
