What could be better than a homemade dessert to pamper yourself a little? The crumble with mascarpone and strawberries is one of those cakes that seem to come from grandma’s recipe book, but with a fresh and creamy touch that makes it irresistible. Perfect for a snack, for a Sunday lunch, or even to serve in small squares at a buffet. Few steps and a result that is finger-licking good! A dough that crumbles, a soft mascarpone filling, and the irresistible aroma of fresh strawberries: this is the crumble that pleases everyone! - 0.5 cup granulated sugar
- 1 lemon (zest without the white part)

Steps
Pour sugar and lemon zest into the Bimby and pulverize for 10 seconds at Turbo speed.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend for 20 seconds at speed 5.
The mixture should be crumbly and not compact.
Transfer 1/3 of the mixture to the bottom of the mold. I recommend a sheet of parchment paper at the bottom of the mold; it will be easier to remove later.
In a bowl, mix the mascarpone with sugar and vanilla.
Add the washed and chopped strawberries.
Mix well.
Transfer the mascarpone and strawberry cream onto the previously prepared base.
Cover the surface with the leftover dough crumbs.
Bake at 356°F for about 40 minutes.

Want to customize your crumble? Here’s some ideas to make it different every time:
• With mixed berries: replace the strawberries with blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries, fresh or frozen. It’s also great with a sprinkle of brown sugar on top!
• Chocolate and mascarpone: add dark chocolate chips to the mascarpone cream, or create a thin layer of hazelnut spread between the base and filling.
• Peach and amaretti crumble: in summer, replace the strawberries with sliced peaches and add some crumbled amaretti in the base and filling for a more intense flavor.
• Light version: use ricotta instead of mascarpone and sweeten with honey or erythritol for a lighter but still delicious variant.
• Single portion: create the crumble in muffin tins to make perfect individual cakes to serve or gift.
