Delicious and super quick to prepare. The crunchy onion flatbread is indeed prepared in no time. I used white onions, but you can use whichever you like. I love onions. Ingredients
- 10.6 oz white onions
- 7/8 cup water
- 1 1/5 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp grated cheese (plus more for dusting)
- 2 tbsp olive oil (plus more for greasing)
- to taste salt and pepper
Tools

- Mandoline
- Parchment paper
- Baking tray

Steps
In a bowl, pour the flour, grated cheese, pepper, salt, and mix. Add the water and form a smooth batter without lumps.
Add the thinly sliced onions using the mandoline.
Mix everything well and pour it onto the baking tray lined with greased parchment paper. Add a drizzle of oil, pepper, and grated cheese on top and bake for 30 minutes at 390°F in a fan oven.
Cut into squares and serve. Also good cold.
