- 1 large tomato
- 3.5 oz cooked ham

Steps
Slice the eggplants not too thick.
Place them in the air fryer basket, spray a bit of olive oil and a little salt, and cook for 20 minutes at 392°F
Alternate the eggplant slices with tomato, cheese, and ham until the baking dish is filled.
Add the mix of oil, garlic, and parsley.
And cook another 10 minutes at 392°F.
