Daniela savory pie passion present!!! Those who follow me know that I love preparing savory pies, and especially getting creative with the fillings. Today I prepared it with eggplants, but to make it more delicious, I added mortadella. I made the base myself, super easy to prepare and it really takes just 5 minutes. Ingredients
- 7 oz all-purpose flour
- 3.5 oz water
- 1/2 tsp fine salt
- 0.7 oz olive oil
- 1 eggplant
- 3 slices mortadella
- 3.5 oz pizza mozzarella
- to taste oil and salt
Tools
- Stand Mixer
- Plastic Wrap
- Food Chopper
- Rolling Pin wooden
- Non-Stick Pan round
Steps
Put the flour, water, oil, and salt into the thermomix bowl.
Knead for 2 minutes at spike speed.
Wrap with plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes.
Take the dough and roll it out on a lightly floured board.
Add the eggplant slices and cook for 10 minutes with oil and salt in microwave or air fryer.
Add the mortadella and diced mozzarella.
Close the edges and bake at 392°F for about 30 minutes in a static oven.
