This pandoro cake is dedicated to those who don’t want to tackle the Pandoro, which takes more time and, let’s face it, a bit of cooking experience. This pandoro cake is easy and quick, and it’s perfect to take to a friend’s house, or why not, to enjoy at breakfast on Christmas morning. I assure you it’s delicious dipped in coffee. The preparation is very simple. The only thing is the pandoro mold which is indispensable. Try it and you’ll see that it will be appreciated as much as the original pandoro. Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cups cake flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 packet baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 packet vanillin
- 1 tablespoon pandoro flavoring
- powdered sugar (for decoration)
Tools

- Mold pandoro
Steps
Place all the ingredients at room temperature in the bowl of the stand mixer.
Whisk until all ingredients are well combined. It will take 5 minutes.
Transfer to the greased and floured pandoro mold and bake at 350°F for about 40/45 minutes.
Before serving, dust with powdered sugar.
