Today I prepared eggs with zucchini in a pan. A light and flavorful main course. It’s very easy to prepare and doesn’t require much time in the kitchen. In fact, it can be made in a few minutes. Steps
Slice the zucchini with the mandolin and sauté with half a chopped onion.
After 10 minutes, when softened, season with salt and add the eggs. Finish cooking and serve.
