Eggs with Zucchini in a Pan

Today I prepared eggs with zucchini in a pan. A light and flavorful main course. It’s very easy to prepare and doesn’t require much time in the kitchen. In fact, it can be made in a few minutes. I sliced the zucchini into julienne strips with the mandolin, but you can also chop them or slice them. The choice is yours. If you love zucchini, like I do, here are some more tasty ideas.

Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini

  • After 10 minutes, when softened, season with salt and add the eggs. Finish cooking and serve.
