What better season to prepare green beans with tomato than this one??
Green beans are perfect for salads, but today I decided to prepare them in a slightly different way. With tomato. They are really easy to prepare and require very few ingredients. Ingredients
- 2.2 lbs green beans
- to taste oil and salt
- 1 onion
- 14 oz tomato pulp

Steps
In a sufficiently large pan, sauté 1 chopped onion with some oil.
After about 10 minutes, add 14 oz of tomato pulp, adjust the salt, and cook for another 10 minutes.
Wash 2.2 lbs of green beans, trim the ends, and add them to the tomato. If the green beans are very long, cut them in half. Mix well, cover with a lid, and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot or even cold.
