Ingredients
- as needed fresh basil flowers

Steps
With scissors, cut the tips of the basil along with their flowers.
Wash them, dry them well, and let them air-dry for about 10 days.
Remove the stems and keep only the flowers.
Blend well and store in airtight jars.
