Ingredients
- 9 oz langoustines
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch chopped parsley
- 1 glass white wine
- 7 oz cherry tomatoes
- to taste olive oil
- 9 oz linguine

Steps
In a pan, sauté with plenty of oil the chopped garlic and parsley.
Add the cleaned and halved langoustines and cook for 5 minutes.
Deglaze with wine, adjust salt, and cook for another 5 minutes.
Finally, add the halved cherry tomatoes and finish cooking for another 5 minutes. If you like, add some chili pepper.
Separately, boil the linguine in plenty of salted water, for the time indicated on the package. Then pour the linguine into the langoustine sauce.
Mix and serve.
Variations📌
You can add 2 tablespoons of pesto for an extra touch.
You can use tomato sauce instead of cherry tomatoes.
You can omit the cherry tomatoes and add some clams or mussels.
