- 2 bell peppers
- 500 g ground meat
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons grated cheese

- 1 drizzle olive oil
- 1 pinch pepper
- to taste dried basil
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs

Steps
In a bowl, place the ground meat, the egg, and all other ingredients except the peppers and onion.
Mix well and let rest for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, wash the peppers and cut them into slices.
Form the meatballs.
In a casserole, sauté the peppers and onion with oil and salt for 10 minutes.
Add the meatballs and cook for another 10 minutes.
Good served hot or cold.
