Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs mixed ground meat
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup grated cheese
- to taste chopped parsley and garlic
- 3 tbsps breadcrumbs

- Half chopped onion
- 1 clove chopped garlic
- to taste aromatic salt
- 18 oz tomato pulp
- 1 leaf bay
- 2 leaves sage

Steps
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix them well with your hands.
Then take a small amount of mixture and spread it on a piece of parchment paper, and place a slice of ham and a piece of cheese on top.
With the help of the parchment paper, roll well and seal the ends tightly.
In the meantime, prepare the sauce by browning the herbs and cooking the tomato pulp for about 15 minutes.
Add the mini meatloaves and cook, turning them occasionally, for about 20 minutes.
