  • 5.29 oz melted butter
  • 17.64 oz mascarpone
  • 3.53 oz Greek yogurt
  • 5.29 oz berry jam

Steps

  • In the Thermomix bowl, grind the biscuits for 20 seconds at speed 10.

  • Add the melted butter and mix for 10 seconds at speed 5.

  • Transfer the biscuits to the cake pan and form the base of our cheesecake. Let it rest in the fridge while we prepare the cream.

  • In the Thermomix bowl, place the butterfly whisk and add the mascarpone, yogurt, and jam, and mix for 30 seconds at speed 4.

  • We need to achieve this consistency.

  • Take our biscuit base and add 2 tablespoons of berry jam.

  • Add the cream.

  • Smooth well and let it rest in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
