In the Thermomix bowl, grind the biscuits for 20 seconds at speed 10.
Add the melted butter and mix for 10 seconds at speed 5.
Transfer the biscuits to the cake pan and form the base of our cheesecake. Let it rest in the fridge while we prepare the cream.
In the Thermomix bowl, place the butterfly whisk and add the mascarpone, yogurt, and jam, and mix for 30 seconds at speed 4.
