Ingredients
- 14 oz Digestive biscuits
- 10.5 tbsp butter
- 2 cups mascarpone
- 7 oz Greek yogurt
- 5 oz berry jam

- Mold for tart with removable bottom, 10/11 inches
Steps
In the Thermomix bowl, insert the biscuits and blend for 20 seconds at speed 10.
Add the melted butter and mix for 10 seconds at speed 5.
Transfer 1/3 of the mixture into the mold and form the base. Let it rest in the fridge.
Meanwhile, prepare the cream. In the Thermomix bowl, insert the butterfly whisk then add the mascarpone, yogurt, and jam, and whip for 30 seconds at speed 4.
Retrieve the tart base and add 2 tablespoons of jam.
Add the cream and level it well with a spatula.
Cover with the remaining biscuits. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
