Okay, we all know it’s unbearably hot. But what if we’re craving a little treat?? In my pantry, I had some cookies that needed to be used up, just the bottom of the bag that no one eats anymore. And since we don’t waste anything, I decided to make a no-bake tart. I used hazelnut cream as the filling, but you can use ricotta, jam, basically whatever you like best.

Ingredients
- 10.6 oz cookies
- 5.3 oz melted butter
- 10.6 oz hazelnut cream

Steps
Pour the cookies into the mixer and grind them into powder.
Pour them into a bowl and add the melted butter.
Mix well with the spatula and pour a little more than half into the pan. Press down well on the bottom and also the sides. Let it rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Take the base, pour the hazelnut cream over it and cover with the remaining cookie mixture. Crumble it on the surface.
Let the tart rest in the fridge until ready to serve.
