No-Bake Hazelnut Cream Tart

Okay, we all know it’s unbearably hot. But what if we’re craving a little treat?? In my pantry, I had some cookies that needed to be used up, just the bottom of the bag that no one eats anymore. And since we don’t waste anything, I decided to make a no-bake tart. I used hazelnut cream as the filling, but you can use ricotta, jam, basically whatever you like best.

Below are more no-bake ideas.

  • Difficulty: Very easy
  • Cost: Very cheap
  • Rest time: 1 Hour
  • Preparation time: 10 Minutes
  • Portions: 8
  • Cooking methods: No-Bake
  • Cuisine: Italian
  • Seasonality: Summer

Ingredients

  • 10.6 oz cookies
  • 5.3 oz melted butter
  • 10.6 oz hazelnut cream

Tools

  • Mixer
  • Pan
  • Bowl
  • Spatula

Steps

  • Pour the cookies into the mixer and grind them into powder.

  • Pour them into a bowl and add the melted butter.

  • Mix well with the spatula and pour a little more than half into the pan. Press down well on the bottom and also the sides. Let it rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

  • Take the base, pour the hazelnut cream over it and cover with the remaining cookie mixture. Crumble it on the surface.

  • Let the tart rest in the fridge until ready to serve.
