Ingredients
- 10.5 oz pasta (I use fusilli)
- 9 oz pumpkin (I use delica)
- 1/2 white onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 7 oz bacon
- to taste oil and salt
- to taste grated cheese
- to taste mozzarella for pizza

Steps
Cook the pumpkin with the onion and garlic until it becomes a cream.
Separately, brown the bacon and set it aside.
Meanwhile, boil the pasta in plenty of salted water for the time indicated on the package.
Drain the pasta and pour it into a bowl with a drizzle of oil.
Add the bacon, pumpkin, grated cheese, and mozzarella. Mix.
Transfer to a buttered baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Add more mozzarella and more grated cheese on top for the crust and cook for 10 minutes at 392°F in the air fryer.
