Pan-fried Brussels sprouts are a light, tasty side dish perfect for accompanying meat or fish. Often underrated, when cooked properly they become irresistible: tender on the inside, slightly crispy on the outside, and fragrant with garlic and spices. A simple recipe that brings out the best in this nutritious vegetable! I made them more delicious by adding bacon.
