Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast (cut into pieces)
  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1/2 onion
  • to taste oil and salt
  • Half cup white wine
  • to taste dried basil

Steps

  • Sauté for about 10 minutes, the washed zucchinis cut into rounds with half a chopped onion.

  • Add the cubed chicken, deglaze with white wine. Adjust salt and add dried basil to taste. Cook for another 10 minutes and serve.
