Pancakes, foolproof recipe with hazelnut cream and strawberries

How much of a difference does it make to start the day well?? Today started great thanks to a nutritious breakfast. Today, in fact, I made pancakes. Delicious and super easy to make. They can also be prepared the day before. If properly stored, they stay nice and soft for a couple of days. I also leave you with other breakfast ideas.

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 3/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • to taste Hazelnut spread
  • to taste vanilla

Preparation

  • Place all the ingredients in a bowl.

  • Use electric beaters to mix for a few minutes, until the mixture is smooth and lump-free. Let it rest for about 15 minutes.

  • Heat a small pan, greased with butter, and cook the pancakes for about 2 minutes on each side.

  • Place them on a plate as you cook them.

  • Fill to taste with hazelnut spread and fresh fruit.

Once cooled, wrap those you don’t consume in plastic wrap. They stay soft for a couple of days.
