Today I’m sharing with you another dish that was a hit at my house, pasta with zucchini and sausage. Is it because we love sausage or because we adore zucchini?? Ingredients
- 1/2 onion
- 7 oz sausage
- 1 zucchini
- to taste cherry tomatoes
- to taste olive oil and salt
- 9 oz pennette rigate

Steps
Wash the zucchini and chop it into cubes.
In a frying pan, brown the sausage pieces with the chopped onion for about 10 minutes.
Add the zucchini and cook for another 10 minutes.
Finally, add the cherry tomatoes, adjust the salt, and cook for 5 minutes.
Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water for the time indicated on the package, stir, and serve
