- 1 lemon (the juice)
- 1.25 cups granulated sugar

Wash the peaches, peel them, remove the pit, cut into pieces, and place in the Bimby bowl.
Add the sugar and lemon juice.
Finally, add the water and cook for 10 minutes at 212°F speed 1.
Blend for 1 minute at speed 10.
Transfer the juice into previously sterilized bottles. Close with the lid and let it cool down upside down.
The juice must be poured hot into the boiling jars.
Once cold, store in the fridge for about a week.
