PERFECT GINGERBREAD for cookies and Christmas houses

Ingredients

  • 2 3/4 cups Flour
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Ground ginger
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • to taste Salt
  • 3/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 7 tbsps Butter
  • 3 tbsps Honey
  • 1 Whole egg

Preparation

  • In a bowl, pour the flour, sugar, baking soda, and spices.

  • In the center, add salt, the egg, honey, and butter.

  • Knead with your hands to form a ball and let it rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

  • After the resting time, lightly flour the pastry board, roll out the dough, and with the appropriate Christmas molds, form the cookies and bake at 340°F for about 10 minutes.

  • Decorate as you like.
