Ingredients
- 1 boiled potato
- 7 oz steamed or baked pumpkin
- 2 tbsps grated cheese
- 2 tbsps breadcrumbs
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 sprig minced parsley
- as needed aromatic salt
- 1 egg
- 2 slices ham
- 1 slice cheese
- as needed corn flakes

Steps
In a bowl, pour the blended pumpkin and potato. Add the egg, grated cheese, aromatic salt, and breadcrumbs mixed with garlic and parsley.
Mix well and let rest for 10 minutes.
Take handfuls of mixture, place a half slice of ham and 1/4 slice of cheese in the center, and cover with more mixture.
Repeat the procedure until the mixture is used up.
Roll the cordon bleu in the crushed corn flakes.
Place them in the air fryer basket, spray a little oil, and cook for 10 minutes at 392°F then turn them over and cook for another 5 minutes at 392°F.
