Ingredients

  • 1 boiled potato
  • 7.05 oz pumpkin cooked by steaming or baking
  • 2 tablespoons grated cheese
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 sprig chopped parsley
  • to taste aromatic salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 slices cooked ham
  • 1 slice cheese
  • to taste corn flakes

Steps

  • In a bowl, add the blended pumpkin and potato. Add the egg, grated cheese, aromatic salt, and breadcrumbs crushed with garlic and parsley.

  • Mix everything well and let rest for 10 minutes.

  • Take handfuls of the mixture, place half a slice of ham and 1/4 slice of cheese in the center, and close with more mixture.

  • Repeat the process until the mixture is used up.

  • Coat the cordon bleu in the corn flakes crushed by hand.

  • Place them in the air fryer basket, spray a bit of oil, and cook for 10 minutes at 392°F, then turn them over and cook for another 5 minutes at the same temperature.

• Replace ham with speck or mortadella.
• For a vegetarian version, omit the ham and add a cheese mix.
• Alternative coating with herb breadcrumbs or cornmeal.
