Quick Pasta with Zucchini and Mussels

Today I prepared a very quick first course, while the pasta was cooking I prepared the sauce. The pasta, in my case spaghetti, with zucchini and mussels. I discovered pasta with zucchini and mussels by chance. Initially, it was supposed to be a simple pasta with zucchini, but at the last moment, since I had some mussels, I decided to add a few to the zucchini. And that’s when my love for this pasta was born. Delicious and very simple to prepare. Have you ever tried this combination? I recommend it. Also try;

Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (I use spaghetti)
  • 7 oz mussels (already cleaned)
  • 1 large zucchini
  • to taste oil and salt
  • to taste powdered garlic
  • to taste powdered parsley

Tools

  • Pan
  • Pot
  • Wooden Spoon wooden

Steps

  • Sauté the zucchini cut into chunks with garlic and parsley (in my case dried) for about 10 minutes.

  • Add the mussels, previously opened and cooked, without the shell, and let them absorb flavors for 5 minutes.

  • Meanwhile, boil the spaghetti in plenty of salted water for the time indicated on the package.

  • Pour the al dente cooked spaghetti over the sauce, mix and serve.
