Given the success of the Quick Savory Zucchini Pie made with piadinas, this time I wanted to try it simple. So today I prepared the Savory Piadina Pie, always very tasty. Super quick, it was ready in 10 minutes, perfect for last-minute dinners. As a lover of savory pies, I couldn’t help but try it this way too.

Ingredients
- 2 piadinas
- A few slices provolone
- A few slices spicy ventricina (or cold cut of your choice)
- to taste mozzarella
- to taste oil and salt
Tools
- Baking tray
- Parchment paper
Steps
Line the baking tray with parchment paper and place the first piadina on it.
Add the provolone and spicy ventricina.
Cover with the second piadina, add mozzarella and a drizzle of oil. Bake for 10 minutes at 392°F. It doesn’t really need to cook; the cheese just needs to melt.
